NFL Thoughts After Week 16

NFL thoughts I have after Week 16:       

-John Harbaugh is a fine Coach, but sometimes a new voice is needed. That's the case with the Ravens at this point.

-Tyler Shough looks like a quality NFL starter and should win Offensive Rookie of the Year.

-Nice win for the Titans on Sunday in what was their Super Bowl. Cam Ward has looked much better the last 4-5 weeks.

-Dan Campbell's record as a Head Coach without Ben Johnson as his OC is 16-27.

-Massive game on Sunday between the Raiders & the Giants for the #1 pick. Interesting to see which front office screws it up.

-Baker has gone from an MVP candidate to a bottom 5 QB in the league over the last 8 weeks.

-The Rams' power rating is so sky high, that they are very likely to get the #5 seed and have 3 road playoff games, yet are still the favorites to win both the NFC & the Super Bowl.

-Philip Rivers has looked like a competent QB and I love his decision to come back.

-Two home wins to close out the season & the 49ers are the #1 seed..will have 2 home games to make the Super Bowl, then a home game for the Super Bowl in SF.
