NFL Thoughts After Week 8

Some NFL thoughts I have after Week 8:

-The Colts are on pace to get the #1 seed and home field. That said, if they played a healthy Ravens team at home in the Playoffs tomorrow...the Ravens would be favored.

-The Patriots look great & their win vs the Bills was impressive, but just something to keep in mind...Their other 5 wins are against the Dolphins, Panthers, Saints, Titans & Browns.

-The Jets putting up 39 points says a lot more about the Bengals defense than it does the Jets offense.

-Huge win for the Texans. They're not winning the division, but their defense is good enough to get them a wildcard spot.

-The Ravens playing games with the injury report is absolutely unacceptable in a legalized sports betting environment. Fine them the maximum amount possible.

-Dillon Gabriel is a serviceable backup QB at best. Time for the Browns to see what they have with Shedeur.

-The Cowboys need to trade for either Crosby and/or Hendrickson. They're absolutely wasting Dak who is a Top 8 QB in the league.

-The Steelers defense has now given up 35 and 33 points in the last two games.

-It's time for the Saints to play Tyler Shough. They drafted him in the 2nd round for a reason.

-MVP Vote as of now: 1) Mahomes 2) Allen 3) Stafford
